Nicole, the first thing you can do to make the file easier to download is to make it smaller. You can do this with an archiving program like Winzip (Winace etc) and turn it into a zip file. Also, you could resample the sound file and change its compression rate (with Media player or sound utility program) but this would sacrifice sound quality.
