The press lately has seemed obsessed with writing about mix tapes and playlists, probably due to the iPod. This means lots of articles mention tinymixtapes' Automatic Mix Tape Generator. Like this one, in Wired.

Because I am all about jumping onto bandwagons...I am just finishing up a review for Stop Smiling of a book about mix tapes that Thurston Moore edited. Actually I am sure I pitched this review WEEKS before the recent spate of mix tape articles...
