Vaca
By some amazing stroke of good luck, I now have 2 1/2 weeks of paid vacation as I transition between jobs. This means I have a ton of time to catch up on any albums I've been missing out on, and see a couple shows I wouldn't have seen otherwise- I've never been able to go to a free Monday night Empty Bottle shows or the Schubas Monday night residencies, so now here's my chance! Any other suggestions for the next couple weeks, both show or album-wise?

we'll be @ schubas monday 8/27 for the ida show (i think..unfortunatly its not free ..but its is good) and then 8/29 (wed) schubas again for the papercuts
maybe 8/31 @ abbey for stereo total
there should be some good shows next week..but we wont be here...so i am not even going to look
Oooh, definitely let me know if you go to Stereo Total, that was one I'd noticed coming up . . . I'll check out some Papercuts and see if I like them too!
May Or May Not is about to start a Schuba's Monday night residency, but I don't know if that kicks off before your paid vacation is up.
