If I was ever ambitious enough (which I'm not), I'd put together a show where all the songs were related to current events in the news. I thought of this when I inadvertently played Les Savy Fav's "Kidnapped" on my show, then realized it's story of a kidnapping victim who falls in love with his kidnappers totally mirrored the story of the Missouri kid who didn't seem to want to take the dozens of chances to escape from his perpetrator.

That song totally rules, by the way.
