It was requested today that I play Camper Van Beethoven's "Take the Skinheads Bowling" and Camera Obscura's "Shine Like a New Pin" back to back. I think I'll have to listen again to the recording tonight to try to find the enlightenment in the pairing.

The Camera Obscura tune is essentially a rewrite of the CVB classic. Same EXACT progression and key. What can I say, I'm a nerd like that. Sorry if you didn't like.

You know, I noticed something like that as the Camera song started, but like I said, I need to go back and listen again because I don't have the ear for these things!
