Lollapalooza '05 news: Looks like rather than book an entire Lollapalooza tour, Perry Farrell & Co. will have the festival in only one city- Chicago! It's going to be July 23 and 24 in Grant Park. This is very cool. That is, if they stick with the indie-centric music from last year's ill-fated attempt at Lollapalooza and not the mainstream rock bands from it's earlier incarnations. Of course, mainstream rock bands sell tickets, and apparently indie bands don't. The official Lollapalooza website goes up April 1st.
