Upon checking out the concerts going on this weekend, I've discovered that Tom Green's old sidekick, Glenn Humplik, plays guitar in a Canadian band called "Daiquiri" that will be opening for some spastic Japanese band at the Union Terrace this Saturday. If that doesn't suit you, apparently Butch Vig and Duke Erikson from Garbage made an 80s cover band called "The Know-It-All Boyfriends" that occasionally plays around Madison. They'll be at Cafe Montmartre on Saturday as well. Crazy stuff.
