This Tinymixtapes news story points out that all the festival headliners this summer seem to be straight out of the mid-90s. I guess all the festival promoters are feeling nostalgic for some reason- maybe the economy is leaving them depressed and listening to the Stone Temple Pilots brings them back to the heyday of the Clinton years. Or maybe there's just no good big acts out there these days.
