I finally got with it and purchased My Bloody Valentine's Loveless yesterday at Reckless Records in Chicago. I was a little nervous to listen to it, as it's always been hailed as pretty much best record ever by everyone and their mother, that and OK Computer, and I thought it might not live up to that. So far, it's really good, and if I'd purchased it back in 1991, I might have been better able to understand how novel and influential it was. Also, I would only have been 10, so probably not. I think I'd just purchased my first Mariah Carey tape at that point.
